Student must be 5 years old on or before September 1st of the school year in which the child is to enroll.

Kindergarten Registration Only
Student must be 5 years old on or before September 1st of the school year in which the child is to enroll.
You can either upload your child's birth certificate and immunizations during the registration process or you can bring them in to office at Dean Goodsell Elementary School (185 W Center). Your child will not be assigned a teacher until we have a birth certificate and completed immunizations on file.
Required immunizations are:
5 DTaP 3 Hepatitis B
4 Polio 2 Hepatitis A
2 MMR 2 Varicella
